1. Information about this site
www.artboutik.co.uk is a site operated by Emilie Davidson.

2. Service availability
My site is only intended for use by people resident in the UK. I do not accept orders from individuals outside the UK.

3. Your status
By placing an order for the goods described in my site (“the Products”), you warrant that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) You are at least 18 years old; and
(c) You are resident in the UK.

4. Images
The colours and appearances of the Products may vary from the way the images appear on the screen.

5. Copyright
5.1 The copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in the content on my site is owned by me and I expressly reserve all rights in the same. You shall not use any graphics or photographs for any purpose or remove any text, copyright or trade mark notification from such extracts.
5.2 All reproduction or use of extracts of content from my site is strictly prohibited. In particular, no part of this site may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without my prior written permission.

6. Returns policy
If you have received any of my Products and are not satisfied with them, you may return them for credit subject the following conditions:
(a) You inform me within 7 days of receipt of the Product
(b) You pay the return delivery charges
(c) Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging

7. Written communications
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications I send to you should be in writing. When using my site, you accept that communication with me will be mainly electronic. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that I provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Notices
All notices given by you to me must be addressed to info@artboutik.co.uk. I may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to me when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.

9. Privacy Policy
When you use your credit card or debit card to purchase Products from this Site, you will receive an email receipt for your purchase. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be sold, given away or shared with anyone. PayPal uses the latest secure transaction technology to protect your personal details.

10. Law and Jurisdiction
The Contract will be formed between us after I have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and you have received an email receipt. The Contract will be governed by English law. Any dispute relating to the Contract shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
